I have an oxy/propane torch, and the oxygen tanks last me about three weeks each. I can use a tank of propane for a year. Sometimes its so long between having to change the propane tanks that I don't recognize the signs. I flip out a bit, thinking my torch is broken, and then I remember that it's a four dollar fix, one short trip to the hardware store.
